Our Center

Pregnancy Care Center of Petoskey provides free services to women and men facing both planned and unplanned pregnancies. We offer pregnancy testing, limited OB ultrasounds for pregnancy confirmation, and evidence-based life skills education on topics such as pregnancy, labor and delivery, parenting, and budgeting. Our support doesn’t stop after pregnancy—we continue serving families with children through preschool age by offering mentoring and material aid programs.


Our mission is to provide professional & honest services to those facing pregnancy decisions. Our compassionate staff will welcome you with respect. You can expect non-judgemental, no-pressure, and discrete care no matter your situation.

When you come to our center, you can rest assured that your visit and any information you share with us is completely confidential. We will not share any personal information about you or your visit with anyone outside of our organization.

At our center, you will be met with a caring environment with a professional staff that respects you and your body. We will not judge you, pressure you, or treat you with anything but our best - every time.

Information and Options

At our center, you will receive accurate and honest information on an array of subjects including pregnancy symptoms, abortion, adoption, parenting, STDs, and sexual health.

Is there a charge for your services?


No. All of our services are free of charge and confidential. You can visit our center confidently knowing you will not be required to pay a penny to receive the help, resources, and hope that you need.

Do I need an appointment?


Make an appointment for us to better serve you but our doors are always open.

How do I know if I'm pregnant?


If you think you might be pregnant, it's important to be sure. We can help you find out by providing you with a free pregnancy test and, in some cases, a limited ultrasound. Contact us to learn more.

I'm pregnant or my girlfriend is pregnant. What are my options?


An unexpected pregnancy can be scary - we get it. If you've found yourself in this situation, we're here to help you learn about your choices. Reach out and we can help you navigate the road ahead.

Will my insurance company know about my appointment?


Because your appointment will be no cost to you, we do not require an insurance card or any form of payment when you come in for your appointment. This way, we are able to ensure that you get the resources and services you need in a confidential manner.
