Services

All of our services are free and confidential.

Pregnancy Tests

If you have had unprotected sex, or have missed your period, you might be wondering if you are pregnant. The first thing you may want to do is take a pregnancy test. We offer lab-quality pregnancy testing at our center at no cost. Services are free and confidential.

Ultrasounds

If you are pregnant, an ultrasound will help determine how far along you are. We offer limited obstetrical ultrasound to prove the viability of pregnancy. Services are free and confidential.

Options Counseling

If your pregnancy test is positive, our staff will determine the next steps, such as an ultrasound exam, and the best time to schedule that procedure.  An ultrasound can confirm a viable pregnancy and can give an estimate of pregnancy dating. This is valuable information if you’re considering your pregnancy options. Contact us today to schedule your free appointment.

Post Abortion Support

There is no right or wrong way to feel after your abortion. Every woman’s experience is unique. Relief, anger, sadness, and hope can all exist at one time. That may be confusing, but it’s also normal. If you’re looking for emotional support after abortion, we’re here to help. Services are free and confidential.

Support for Young Families

We strongly believe in education and one-on-one support. In our Earn While You Learn program you can learn about topics from pregnancy to life skills in a video format. A volunteer mentor is there to talk about each video you watch. The volunteer mentor will help you to include what you learned in your everyday life. We will tailor the classes to meet your unique needs!

You can begin before your baby is born. Sessions include topics like taking care of your body, eating for two and getting ready for delivery. After the baby arrives, you can learn about the basics. Topics such as newborn care, understanding a baby’s cry and caring for yourself.

With each class, you earn points to purchase items for your baby such as:

  • Cribs
  • Car-seats
  • Highchairs
  • Clothing
  • Formula
  • Diapers
  • And many other items!

All of our items are donated and new or in gently used condition. It’s one more way we can support you in your parenting journey.

All services are confidential and free regardless of your income or where you live. Reach out today to see how we can support you and your family.

Community Assistance Referrals

We understand that often there is more than parenting resources that you need. We work with other local organizations to provide you with the community and financial resources that can guide you into a stable future. Services are free and confidential. Contact us today to see what resources are available to you.

Fatherhood Program

This program pairs you with a male volunteer mentor. You will meet with your mentor once a week for about an hour. During your meetings you will watch short videos on topics of your choice. Then you will discuss how to incorporate what you learned in your daily life.

Our mentors can help answer your questions and give you the resources needed to be the best parent you can be.

Watch video sessions at our office or from the comfort of your home. You can meet with your mentor in our office, at a coffee shop or park.

The video sessions may include topics on:

  • Prenatal Education
  • Parenting
  • Fatherhood
  • Life Skills

Mothers Keepers Program

This program matches each family with a trained volunteer who completes acts of service within the home to “lighten the load” so you can better bond with your new baby.

One of our caring volunteers will come to your home and help you with some of your daily tasks. Perhaps you need help with meal preparation, house cleaning or playing with your older children while you take care of your baby. Mother’s Keepers is the perfect solution. The only requirement is that you must be present at all times.

We know it isn’t just about the physical needs of a new mother, it’s about the emotional needs too. If you’d like, you and the volunteer can take a walk or enjoy a cup of tea and just chat. Having someone to confide in can make all the difference for a new Mom. Mother’s Keepers services are free to all families with a child under one year old.

If you are interested in learning more or would like to schedule a time please contact us.
